Looking for inside news on triplethr3at net ad rev and is it a scam?

TripleThr3at is a Ad Rev sharing service- you add seed money for advertisements and in return you get a share of revenue that  other members seed money buys. It is owned and ran by  Ray Scott and Troy Fobbs.

Not long after their startup they was slammed with fraudulent  CCs and had their funds locked up by Paypal for taking hot credit cards. Seems taking money only from verified Paypal buyers was not thought of and that allowed some scammers to sneak in with stolen credit cards and game their system. Rookie mistakes.

The on going issues with Paypal  seems to have been somewhat quieten down (?) for members as the promise to transfer those funds that are locked in the withdraw-able/spendable balance and  was funded using paypal and will not transfer to another processor.  Ray has agreed to move those funds to another processor (payza,STP,ect) and has told members that they will be a 24 period (called The Great Migration Day) that he will allow transfers to take place which is a good faith measure on their part to straighten up some messy stuff they allowed.  He stated that it would  apx 3 weeks to reach that point and that this would be announce in time for all members to stop purchasing so shares would mature for the move and any revenue left in the repurchase balance would be lost. (repurchase contains 30%+ of your profits)
Here is a quote from Ray made on Dec 19th:

"This day has no date yet but will be announced weeks ahead of time so everyone will know. Most likely it will be in 3 weeks to give time for our new processors to be installed. In the meantime keep building your accounts.

"On Dec 22nd "ANY ACTIVE AD PACKS THAT HAVEN'T PAID OUT THEIR TOTAL AND EXPIRED WILL BE DONE OR LEFT BEHIND... In 3 weeks we will let you know the date. Then you will have a week prior to that date to prepare for that 24 hour window.." 



12-28-2015 That day has arrived but not in the time stated
Many thinking they had a 3 week window to repurchase and buy as encourage to do so by admins and owners,were shocked this morning as  they announce that:

"As of today you will not be able to purchase any more shares using any wallet that is associate with PayPal as we prepare for the "Great Migration"  

This locked up any funds in repurchase and you will lose those monies, I personally have several hundreds of dollars in repurchase credit as I thought we had several weeks to use.

Not a warning was given by triplethr3at. They posted that original announcement  on 12-19-2015, now 9 days later they locked up any ability to buy ads, not in the apx 3 week window as they stated but in 9 days. 

What does this mean? Well your going to lose any money in "repurchase". That amount will not be transferred over to new processor.We understood this from the begainning and was told we would have amble time (3 weeks) to get this balance into the withdrawal wallet.We did not recived this time.  Who will benefit from that? Triplethr3at owners will. The losers are the users.

The Owners dont seem to understand that saying one thing and then doing something else will kill their business.You must build trust  and their trustworthiness is once again called into question, will they pay or not? They have already broken one promise will they go for two? They seem to not get this point, Do as you have stated  and have the guts to stick with it. I cannot say for sure if they are scammers or just that terrible at dealing with and understanding how to manage people and business. 

I hang in there hoping I may see some money paid out to my account that I have control over,as right now any monies in Triple threat (pay for using paypal) is under Ray and Troys control, not those who placed it there. They have, to their credit, offered refunds thru paypal or you could file a dispute,either way your still waiting on getting your hands on your seed money back.

I highly suspect many are just waiting on their money back and perhaps a few dollars more and any future money place in  TT3 will be little amounts and money that you understand  you may never get back.  You get that feeling that you have been burned but there is still a chance you may get your money back out and plus, so you still play the game with them.

At this point its a risk and I would not state yet that Triple Thr3at Marketing and Advertising is a scam, as we want to see if they honor their promise. If they come though with their promises then I have no problem reflecting that on this page. Time will tell.
